Q. How do I begin my order process?
A. Use the Contact Us page to let us know what you have in mind to be designed. Please include email or phone number in which you would like to receive return contact.
Q. What is the turn around time after my order is placed?
A. Depending on how many orders are ahead of yours. Usual turn around time after final order decisions are made to completed product is between 1-6 weeks. Orders are completed in the order they have been paid.
Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. We accept paypal which also takes major credit cards also. (there is no need to set up a paypal account to receive and pay your paypal invoice)
Q. When do I pay for my order?
A. Once an order has the final go ahead from you, a secure paypal invoice will be sent via email.
Q. Will you always have my sports team trademark logo available?
A. Some logos sell much faster than others. Please ask ahead of time if the logo you want is in stock.
Q. If I order a one of a kind design, will that design be reproduced?
A. One of a kind designs are exactly that - ONE OF A KIND.
Q. What if I am not happy with my hat once it arrives?
A. Returns are gladly accepted as long as they are still new and never worn. Refunds will be issued via paypal or you may specify if you'd like to exchange. Returned hats will be placed on a clearance page to be sold 'as is'. NO RETURNS are accepted if the item is less than NEW CONDITION.
Q. How can I purchase a hat to be sent to St. Jude's Research Hospital?
A. You may have any hat sent directly to St. Jude's on your behalf or have it sent to you ready to be shipped to St. Jude's directly from you.
